For the entire lifetime of the product to the original owner, Custom Brackets will repair or replace free of charge, any defect in material or workmanship. Warranty does not cover repairs or replacement due to customer abuse, negligence, impact or any modifications made by the customer, of which the customer will be notified of any charges for the repair or replacement.
Warranty Exclusions: Camera or Flash Screws, All Fasteners, Camera or Flash Anti-twist, Foam Grips & Cork Strips are not covered after 1st year.
Warranty Limitations: This applies to new products within the 1st year, shipping to Custom Brackets is the customers responsibility. Proof of purchase is required to receive shipping back to customer at no charge. After the 1st year, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Warranty is honored as long as the product and/or replacement parts are available. When a product has become discontinued the warranty is no longer valid.
All returns require a Repair form (click link below for PDF) and prepaid shipping costs if applicable.
