Shipping policy

**Rules & Policy**
-Can ship to your home and place of business.
-Cannot ship to any of these locations: PO Box, Hotels, Motels, or Resorts.

-A signature may be required for some UPS & USPS shipments.
-Orders may take 5-10 business days processing time and may be shipped in more than one parcel.

-Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (5) business days of receipt of merchandise.

-Shipping Terms: Once your package is scanned by a UPS, FedEx or USPS, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged, we can assist with filing an insurance claim. In case of theft, you will need to file a police report. We will not send replacements for items marked as "Delivered".
