How to Return an Item for Credit

-Contact Custom Brackets at info@custombrackets.com for RA request.
-Include a copy of the Custom Brackets original sales receipt.
-All merchandise must be in original packaging, same condition as sold, including all accessories.

Rules

-All returns MUST have a RA (return authorization) Credit Form issued by Custom Brackets and enclosed with the return.
-Credit returns must be received within 14 business days (USA) and 21 business days (International) from Credit Issue Date noted on the issued credit form.
-Credit will not be issued without proper documentation enclosed and will be returned back to customer.
-Credit will be issued within 5-7 business days from receipt of merchandise. 
-Custom Brackets reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 15%. 
-Refunds on returned merchandise will only be credited to the account charged for the purchase.
-The amount refunded will include the price of the merchandise and taxes were accessible.
-Refunds will not include shipping costs.
-For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method.
