great bracket for the smaller nikon DLSRS and the older SB800's. i have upgraded to the NIKON D3X and SB900 fash . i think there should be some modifications for this as the flash is way to far from the lens now. Hope this is in one of your new products that will be comming soon

I love the bracket, the quality is great. I used it on a Canon 40D, 70-200mm F4 L IS lens, 580 EX II flash and sometime with a Ultimate Light Box diffuser. It work great for close-up shot of people.

Like it alot!I'm using it on a Canon 40D 'without grip'. So the ability to use a verticle button was not why I chose it. I like the compact size and having the flash close to the lens axis. A winner!

Fashion photographer Terry Richardson is a big user of this bracket, so I bought it and have to say it's changed my work for the better. It handles better than hotshoe mounted and feels more balanced.

Well made, robust construction and good finish. Anti-twist attachment should be included NOT an extra (very expensive as an additional item).
Why only a right handed version available? A left-hand version would be much more suitable to my needs and would not foul the base strap mounting on my Canon battery pack.
OR - a version that could be adapted by the user to be left or right handed.

looks great and works good..only if you dont use any attachment on the flash head... in order to use this you will have to use the flash only! anything else it will cause a light to hit the lens and cause flare..

This is the one I've been waiting for. I was so tired of shooting vertical and not being able to use the vertical trigger button on my canon. I was just about to machine one on my own when I saw this as a new product on the CB website. It is the only bracket I use now. A few hundred dollars later, I finally got the bracket that is comfortable and works. Now, I see all the other photographers glancing over at a bracket they've never seen before, even though it seems like a no brainer. Thanks CB for your innovation.
