        I just received my CB Mini-RC. WOW!!!

        The quality of your bracket is amazing!

        Due to size, I have never been a big fan of flip or roatating brackets. I like everything to fit in one bag. The quality of construction (the D-ring mounting screw big plus!), moving the flash a bit forward and the ability to use the vertical shutter release button the way it supposed to be used is a huge plus. I also appreciate the measures you have taken to make certain the off-shoe cord stays secured to the bracket.

        The overall feel and balance using this bracket is unbelievable. There is no connecting point between the camera/flash and bracket that does not feel secure. I am using it with a Canon T2i/plus drive with a 580EX and everthing feels like one complete unit in hand. I also added the anti-twist bar, and I feel confident in using my heavier 2.8 zooms. My 80-200 2.8 doesn't move the camera one bit. (Posted on 10/5/11)

        I used the bracket with a 40D with grip and a 580EX2. Excellent balance and I love the shots I got from it. After a little modification to the bracket, it works perfectly together with my Blackrapid R-strap.

        I love the bracket, the quality is great. I used it on a Canon 40D, 70-200mm F4 L IS lens, 580 EX II flash and sometime with a Ultimate Light Box diffuser. It work great for close-up shot of people.

        Like it alot!I'm using it on a Canon 40D 'without grip'. So the ability to use a verticle button was not why I chose it. I like the compact size and having the flash close to the lens axis. A winner!

        "Well made, robust construction and good finish. Anti-twist attachment should be included NOT an extra (very expensive as an additional item).
        Why only a right handed version available? A left-hand version would be much more suitable to my needs and would not foul the base strap mounting on my Canon battery pack.
        OR - a version that could be adapted by the user to be left or right handed."

        "Like to say first this grip rocks! Right out of the bag I had a shoot and it worked perfect.

        Only thing is the brokerage fees ups charged me.....ouch 30 extra dollars .thanks ups.

        Oh well just got to work a little harder to pay for it.

        great bracket for the smaller nikon DLSRS and the older SB800's. i have upgraded to the NIKON D3X and SB900 fash . i think there should be some modifications for this as the flash is way to far from the lens now. Hope this is in one of your new products that will be comming soon

        looks great and works good..only if you dont use any attachment on the flash head... in order to use this you will have to use the flash only! anything else it will cause a light to hit the lens and cause flare..

        "This is the one I've been waiting for. I was so tired of shooting vertical and not being able to use the vertical trigger button on my canon. I was just about to machine one on my own when I saw this as a new product on the CB website. It is the only bracket I use now. A few hundred dollars later, I finally got the bracket that is comfortable and works. Now, I see all the other photographers glancing over at a bracket they've never seen before, even though it seems like a no brainer. Thanks CB for your innovation.
