Simple design and it keeps the 685B (R440) rubber foot in place. I lost a few rubber feet before purchasing this shield. After testing it I don't think I'll be losing them anymore. Easy to install but you must use your common sense to lock it in place. You must setup the small portion of the shield on top of the release channel of rubber foot. If you follow that instruction the only way to release the rubber foot would be to unscrew the foot shield. (Posted on 4/21/11)
