Rules & Policy

  • Can ship to your home, place of business, or another address.
  • Cannot ship to any of these locations: PO Boxes, hotels, motels, or resorts.
  • Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Methods & Delivery Times

  • Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days
  • Orders will UPS standard ground within the 50 states, and Puerto Rico, unless specified otherwise.
  • UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day are available at an additional cost.
  • Some orders may be shipped in more than one parcel.
  • A signature will be required for some UPS shipments.
  • UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day orders will be shipped on the same day if placed before 11:00 a.m. (EST) Mon-Fri.

Charges

  • Your shipping cost is determined by the parcel's destination and weight.

Return policy

All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, and instructions.

Return period

  • 14 days from the date of receipt.

Rules

  • All returns MUST have a RA (return authorization) number on the outside of the package.
  • No package will be accepted without a RA number.
  • Not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise package.
  • Custom Brackets reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 15%.
  • Refunds on returned items will only be credited to the account charged for the purchase.
  • The amount refunded will include the price of the products, and taxes were accessible. Refunds will not include shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

1.      Contact Custom Brackets 440-446-0819 for approval and to obtain a RA number.

2.      Include a copy of the original sales receipt.

3.      All merchandise must be in original packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, and instructions.

4.      Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton.

5.      Do not place shipping label on original packaging, doing so will incur a 15% restocking fee.

6.      For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

Warranty

  • Warranty service is offered for a period of one year from the date of purchase
  • Custom Brackets will repair or replace free of charge any defect in material or workmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover repairs due to customer abuse, negligence, impact or any modifications made by the customer.
  • Warranty service is available by returning the bracket (prepaid) to Custom Brackets.
  • All warranty returns must include a RA (return authorization) number, letter explaining the problem and a copy of the sales receipt.
  • Prior to shipping, you must contact Custom Brackets 440-446-0819 to obtain an RA number.

Repair

  • Repair service is available by returning the bracket (prepaid) to Custom Brackets.
  • All repair returns must include a RA (return authorization) number and a letter explaining the problem.
  • Prior to shipping, you must contact Custom Brackets 440-446-0819 to obtain an RA number.
  • A repair cost will be issued upon inspection.

 

 

International Customers Rules

  • Shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address.
  • Custom Brackets can ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.


Ordering

Please include the invoice number (that you will get when completing your order) along with the copy of your card. Your card will be charged & the merchandise committed upon submission of your order.

If you have previously ordered online or by phone/fax with this credit card and it is already on file, no fax is required. (Note: If you have ordered before, the only way the Custom Brackets website system can recognize you as a repeat customer is if you use exactly the same name, address and phone number information. Any variation will cause the Custom Brackets website to conclude that you're a first time customer and hold the order pending receipt of the fax.)


Shipping

Custom Brackets can ship via US Postal Service, or UPS, depending on the Custom Brackets weight, value, and destination of your merchandise. Please note that Custom Brackets will ship only to your home address, or to a USA residential address.

Custom Brackets is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions.
