CB Jr.

Don't forget that this frame is perfect for lens shoes like that for the 70-200 f/2.8 Canon IS L. Keep the grip on the left with the light out wide and high. The viewer comes back perfectly, and the grip is balanced for the weight in this configuration. The swing out frame is there to support the camera
CB Junior & D300

What a great frame. With the D300 and grip attached, this setup is very solid.
The frame is extremely rugged for as light as it is. I have tried several other frames and returned them. I tried this one today and bought it.
It's especially nice to be able to hold the camera body - portrait or landscape - and not have to hold the frame. You barely know the frame is there!
I recommend this frame to anyone looking for an affordable frame that is lightweight & solid as a rock.
CB Jr & 5D & 580EX-II

I just got one fm local camera shop. What can I say, it's a very professionally designed FB. I've several Strob-o-Frames and they are not near the tech of the CB Jr. If I could, I'd add more resistance to the flip-arm. Also, the 'cam' lever design is tops in the industry.
Great product!

Just got CB Junior a couple of days ago and can't put my camera down. Images look much better with accessory flash off camera.
CB Junior and Canon 30D

I love this thing. I had tried a LS and i still got shadows on the events i was doing. Now i just use the Junior and an omnibounce and i get great event pics with no shadows. This thing is solid and well built.
Only downside is it doesn't fit in the bag. Needs to fold up.
love the CB Junior

I test drove a lot of brackets before I landed on this one. I like the right side handle and compact size. Good solid flash flipper. I also get a lot more use out of the fold-out foot than I had imagined I would.
I use it with my d2x.
CB Junior & D2X
Fred - Clearwater, FL (Tuesday, August 29, 2006)
With 15 years in wedding photography I've handled my share of brackets. From Strobo Frame to Custom Brackets... I've tried them all. The only one I recommend is the CB Junior. I use it with my D2X and find it is compact, solid and most importantly it let's me hold my camera in a natural shooting position allowing me to keep my left hand under the lens. It is also well balanced, I have no issues holding my D2X firmly and steadily. Highly recommended to all shooters.

I have used my CB Junior with a D70 and a D50. It is such a sturdy platform. Very high quality and quite affordable.
